Dear Friends,
Thank you very much
for your kind wishes and greetings. I am grateful to you all for the
motivation and care shown towards me when I mentioned about my exam
this week.
It is indeed really
exciting and I should thank our instructor Mr. Abrachan Pudussery (ABY)
for his excellent, sincere and highly skilled effort in making us
understand the KEY components of PMBOK and the tricks to attend the
exam, in those three days of Face2Face. Also, the PMdistilled
website tests made me more comfortable in facing the online test.
I hereby request ABY
to accept my heartfelt thanks in pushing me achieve this milestone so
early. My best wishes to him to continue his sincere journey of
Training Professionals and to make more PMPs on the way.
Again my thanks are
due to my colleague and friend Mr. Ramesh PMP and Mr. Rajender Bali –
SmartGlobal in helping me attend this PMP Distilled course.
Thank you all once
again and wish to hear more success stories from you soon. Please make
it a point to read the PMBOK cover-to-cover & line-by-line before
attempting the simulation tests and final exam. ABY advised me to
prepare like we do for university exam in these 7 days and I sincerely
followed.
Best wishes and good
luck.
Regards

Dear Mr.Bali,
As you are already aware, I passed the PMP
certification exam on the 5th of august. I would like to take this
opportunity to convey my heartfelt gratitude to your team in Dubai for
the great contact program. I would not be exaggerating, when I say,
that the class and the course material (PMdistilled) were the
most crucial elements in my getting through with the certification. I
had tried some other centers in Dubai, which either were extremely
exorbitant in terms of course fee or were woefully inadequate in terms
of instructors and course material. But in your organization I found
the balance of both. Trainers (www.abrachan.org) delivery were great
in terms of PMP exam preparation and real life experiences in handling
projects.
I cannot stress enough
how much I owe my certification to you guys. Thank you very much
indeed. I hope and pray that you will continue to guide many more
professionals on their endeavors.
Best Regards
Nileesh Gopu

I have compared your course
and course material with several other courses attended by my
colleagues and friends (even in the US), your material and training is
far more superior in effectiveness as well as quality. It is very
helpful. Please maintain the same levels all through Thank you & Kind

I am glad to say that I cleared PMP exam
on 31st January. Your training was of great help in helping me clear
the exam with ease. The effective time I took to study for the exam
after your training was about 30 days. Your sessions were easy to
grasp as you used many real time examples that one can understand.
The method that you thought us about the Critical path was of great
help. I dont think I could have cleared the exam if not for your
sessions. The sessions on EV was another topic which was very good
in your training. I belive that these are the two topcis which one
needs to understand to know the concepts of real Project Management.
Thank you once again.
Regards

I
cleared the PMP exam on the 22nd, September, 2005. I very much
appreciate your site PMdistilled.com. As part of my preparation, I
had taken all the tests there at least twice and no other test apart
from this. Your tests developed my confidence and questions were more
or less on similar lines. Suhas Pawar PMP

re: The agony and ecstasy of PMP certification!
Agony and ecstasy are sure the right words for my experience
preparing for the exam while trying to hold down a job. I PASSED
and I'm wicked pleased!
I agree 100% with the assessment of the test and the tips to
understanding/responding to answers. As a matter of fact, this
is a great document for the new version of the test as well. THANK YOU
Mr. Pudussery.
I also agree that those of us with the most experience will probably
have the toughest time with the PMBOK and the test. I sure did having
over 15 years of doing things my way and being successful.

re: The agony and ecstasy of PMP certification!
I just took the exam and passed (yeah!). It was quite a ride. I agree with your assessment completely.
I had the same experience. I distinctly remember when I decided that the PMBOK was the stupidest
thing I had ever read. I got over myself and ended up appreciating it for what it does and where it is going.
I also agree with your assertion that you cannot pass the exam using the PMBOK alone. I highly recommend taking an exam prep class.

Hi Friends
This is Narahari Mulbagal from Bangalore. I succesfully completed my PMP certification on 9th Sept. My Big thanks to all of you in helping me on some my queries. Thats great experience. The onlines tests on PMditilled helped a lot. I could score just 75% overall which disappointed me a bit though I could have got upto 85% if I had gone with a cooler head i suppose. I would appreciate your tips to gain PDUs for next 3 years & how to keep focussed to enhance PM skills.

Your journey to PMP was very interesting. Thanks for sharing the same for all users. I cleared my PMP yesterday.
I would want to know the path ahead after being a PMP certified. I want to explore this field further.
I am currently working in a multinational, doing the role of a Project Manager.
Would need your guidance on what else can I aim for in this field.
Is there a higher certification than this? How can I use my PMP status effectively.
Please guide me. Looking forward to your suggestions.

Your write up on your road to
the PMP certification was very good and motivating. In your write up, the "The commit
phase " and "Disillusionment phase" gives me a lesson. This is where I have
to focus to take up my CSQA certification.
I also understood that it's all about effective time management. If you can
give me some good tips on how you planned and managed your study
schedule in addition to your office work, it would be of great help to
me. I also want to take up some good certification in quality management by
this year (i.e CSQA) .Kindly let me know how I can re-charge my preparation
phases. Once again thanks a lot for your guidance, knowledge sharing and the
wonderful service you are rendering to spread the quality mantra.
Thanks,
Bharath
